Service Guidelines
Routine Service
Service is attempted (and usually served) within three (3) business days. Diligent attempts are made within different time frames. For the more difficult subjects, of course, we cannot have an exact time frame. There is no charge for mileage and we will make unlimited attempts until served or the client cancels the service
Rush Service
We will diligently attempt to serve your document the same day we receive it, or the next business day, if we receive it to late in the day. There is no charge for mileage and we will make unlimited attempts until served or the client cancels the service.
Eviction service
This is a one-day service, where we pick up the eviction from the client, issue the eviction at the courthouse, and attempt service the same day. Diligent attempts will be made until served. We will make two attempts within a six hour period. After second attempt, if the subject is not home, the notice will be posted to the property (mailer required for each service). No charge for mileage.
